Building Umzobo: shipping an AI studio solo

This one is still a draft. Umzobo is the studio: Director's Cut takes one idea through script, cast, storyboard, and a long film. Image Lab runs models side by side.

What is already true

The product exists at umzobo.studio. The hard parts so far are the queue (jobs that outlive the request), the GPU bill, and keeping the studio UI honest about what has finished.

What this note will cover

How a solo build decides what not to render, and how Bun and a small VPS hold the control plane while the GPUs do the frames. I'll fill the numbers in when they're stable enough to publish.
